Today’s families face legal challenges they never had to before.
We’ve had to sue schools on behalf of clients in order for a child to get an IEP plan they are legally entitled to. We’ve represented teenagers on both sides of inappropriate texting and bullying cases. We’ve gone to local police stations in the middle of the night when an underaged client has been caught drinking or was involved in a civil disturbance.
